ConvoAI licenses pre-built and customizable AI agents tailored for professional sectors such as healthcare, law, finance, and real estate. These AI agents are designed for business automation and customer engagement. Our services include:

  • Pre-built AI agents with industry-specific functionalities.

  • Full customization of AI bots to align with client branding.

  • Integration with websites, CRMs, social media, and email systems.

  • Ongoing updates and auto-retraining for AI bots.
     

3. Subscription & Payment

  • ConvoAI operates on a subscription-based model at $1,000/month per AI bot license.

  • Payment is due upfront for each billing cycle.

  • No refunds are provided once a billing cycle begins.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension.
     

4. User Responsibilities

  • Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using ConvoAI.

  • AI bots should not be used for illegal, misleading, or unethical activities.

  • Users are responsible for ensuring that AI responses align with their business policies.
     

5. Intellectual Property

  • ConvoAI retains all rights to the AI technology and platform.

  • Users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ConvoAI bots.

  • Users may customize AI bots, but ConvoAI retains core AI functionality rights.
     

6. Limitations of Liability

  • ConvoAI provides AI services "as is" without warranties of any kind.

  • We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or third-party misuse of AI interactions.

  • Users assume responsibility for AI-generated interactions with their customers.

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued.
